Easy Glazed Salmon

Preheat oven to 350F

Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and grease with nonstick cooking spray.

Slice 2 lemons thin and lay them in the middle of the sheet pan in a single layer.

Season 1 large salmon fillet ( approx 3 lbs)  with salt and pepper.

Lay the fillet on the lemon slices.

Whisk together in a small bowl:

6 tbsp of melted butter

2 tsp honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

1 tsp dried oregano

Pour this over the salmon and fold up the foil around the fillet.

Bake until salmon is cooked through, approx 25 minutes.

Switch the oven to BROIL and broil for 2 minutes or until butter mixture is thickened and glazed.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
