Almond Toffee Squares

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup of each- Skor bits, Chocolate Chips and sliced Almonds

1 can condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8″ square pan with parchment paper.

Stir oats, graham crumbs and salt in a small bowl to combine then pour melted butter over and stir. Press into the bottom of the pan evenly.

Sprinkle Skor bits over this evenly, then the chocolate chips followed by the sliced almonds.

Pour the condensed milk over the pan evenly and bake for 30-40 mins or until the top is golden brown and the edges bubbling.

Cool to room temperature and chill for at least 4 hrs before cutting. Store for 1 week in the fridge or freeze them.

These are almost impossible to NOT eat before they are cooled. The smell…amazing.
