Chocolate

There is nothing quite like chocolate…..melted, baked, dark, milk, semi-sweet, grated, added to cakes, brownies,cookies, drinks. The recipes are endless!!

When it comes to Valentine’s Day, give me a rich, slightly chewy , old fashioned, glossy-topped brownie. Plain…..nothing in it or on it. That’s my chocolate of choice this time of year.

Have a look in the recipe section of this website and  you’ll find my “Best Brownie Ever! ” It’s pretty simple to make and you can add whatever you wish.

I’ve used this recipe since 2004. Its a torn piece of a magazine tucked into my home baking binder.  It conveniently makes a  9″x 13″ pan of brownies. Cut it in half…..take half to your gathering and keep the other half at home for yourself . I can almost guarantee you won’t be bringing home any leftovers.  ENJOY!
